The Process
We started by mapping how new users discovered the app and where they dropped off. Wireframes for the website and the first-run experience came next, followed by a visual language built around paper textures and a single accent color.

The Challenge
The old site listed every feature at once, and visitors left before reaching the download button. Onboarding asked for too much before the first entry was written.
The Solution
A shorter site with one clear story and one call to action, and an onboarding flow that opens straight onto a blank page. Settings now come later, when they are needed.
